Of all the track days i can only recolect may be two days when its been wet,which all adds to the drivers fun,and never snow on the track,just in the wind!
As far as drivers going by 1pm,not sure what days you been going to ,but rs days there are cars going to the checkered flag,all be it on a quieter track .
It sets the scene, track season has started,and a couple of boozy nights fun.

NO, not daft, same for me too. Can see events on days either side of 10th, but nowt else.Do you book on MSV site, or somewhere else? HELP!
