PH Photo Gallery: November supercar spotting

Not all the capital's supercars have gone into hibernation it seems...

There is no denying the winter months have taken a toll on the car spotters of London. The days are shorter and much much colder. Hypercars are few and far between. Only the very hardcore few remain, myself included, searching the streets for whatever exotica we can find. That is not to say that November disappointed by any stretch of the imagination.

Famous Ferraris would be two words to describe supercars in London in November. More specifically Ferraris belonging to musicians, actors and chefs alike. Starting with the 'least impressive' is the frequently seen Ferrari F12 TDF belonging to Notting Hill and Love Actually star Hugh Grant. Then we have to not so frequently seen 'Verde Jamiro' LaFerrari belonging to Jamiroquai lead singer Jay Kay, spotted in South London on its way to be serviced. Finally, an important moment for supercars in London, the first LaFerrari Aperta to be seen on the road here, owned by none other than TV chef Gordon Ramsay.

Other highlights include a Ford GT40 and lightweight Jaguar E-Type quietly parked up in a mews, and a Porsche 964 Outlaw 'RSR'. Stay tuned for next month's edition, which will include highlights from all of 2016!

It looks like it's a Speciale Aperta, which is quite a special thing indeed.

Someone in London parked a Speciale on the BBC News FrontPage today (sadly because they parked it on some pedestrians)

Also, that RSR is astonishing - not quite Singer astonishing - but quite astonishing nevertheless
