Supercharged 2ZR-GE in Elise

Lotus experts, I need some consultation.

Anyone knows who developed supercharged version of Toyota 2ZR-FE 4-pot, and who assembles those engines?
Is it Toyota, or Lotus, or some outside contractor?

I've googled, but found nothing.

And one more question regarding the internals: are those pistons & conrods stock Toyota or custom-made?

The engine internals etc are all stock Toyota (warranty etc.), just the Lotus supercharger addition, intake, exhaust, mapping etc.

I think quite a few of the ancillaries are Lotus specific, at least on the more powerful variants (injectors, fuel pump, flywheel, clutch, etc) but the internals are standard Toyota.

ETA: I might be confusing it with the 2ZZ in that regard, though.
