Is that how you should react when biker been in a crash? If your sitting up shouldn't you stay sitting up? What should you do?
Is the reason she keeps saying look at ME! because he keeps checking out her airbags?

She looked like she took a diver over the bonnet..Nothing she could do!
The guy performing the 180 looked like he jumped on the brakes with the back wheels locking...Did he pull the handbrake or what..?!

Him is a 'her' the accident victim is a girl called Vyshtia...

This video is of an accident that a friend of a friend had recently. Here's the orginal post from Jabbasworld (I'm a mod there) with a bit more of the background:

Post subject: Friend of mine in motorcycle accident and got it on tape.

She is relatively fine, though aching quite a bit with good reason. Here’s the kicker about the whole incident, the driver of the Civic tried to say it was her fault. Little did the guy know that she had her helmet cam on during the incident. Here is a quote from my motorcycle board that my friend put up: “The officer who took the report already watched it too...he chuckled and said - "yeah, good thing you have that because the guy is saying you hit him. He said he was stopped and all you had to do was stop - but you didn't, you hit him." The more I watch the vid the more I want to crack the Civic drivers head in. How dare he try and lie his way out of this. What the hell was he doing anyway? How did he lock up his wheels to the point where he does a 180? He was probably sucking his own dick then looked up at the last minute. Even then he could have still slowed down without locking up his wheels.

slighty off topic, but would it be against the law to have a cam on a lid or on the inside of the car to show your movements in an advent of an accident?
I would of loved to have had a small cam on my lid when i was invoved in my bike accident as i can't remember a thing.

I don't think it's against the law, but I don't think it would be terribly wise for some of us when we're really having fun on the bike.

Not illegal AFAIK but I'm not sure if you could use it as evidence against another motorist in court, although the Police have used confiscated videos as evidence in speeding cases - but it may be a one rule for us/them case?

Ah, you mean when you are 'testing' the bike's limits on a 'private road'?

Good to hear that the lady is ok and also good to see that she was wearing full kit, this should get posted on the "jeans or leather's thread". Unfortunately the only escape for the bike was also blocked by the car in the right hand lane braking also, if they had accelerated the bike would have had a chance to squeeze past the front.

leave it out, relatively low speed crash (probably avoidable through defensive riding and better observation too)

That should go on the 'jeans or leathers' thread. In trainers and jeans she could have been looking at a 'de-gloved' foot if she'd caught the wheel arch. For an idea what that looks like someone wrote into Superbike magazine with a picture in Dec I think.

The Civic driver needs to be beaten about the face with remains of that R1! Complete tosser!

Plus, I don't think I would have been able to avoid that accident tbh. Better braking ability might have seen one stop but gun it through the closing gap? I doubt it...
