I stirred up complaint last week when I ordered a veggie and specified extra sausage, ground beef and chicken

I'm open to the idea of others bringing food but being lazy (and looking for an excuse to go out for a hoon) I think nipping out to tesco after pitching the tent is a good idea

plus it means we can get more beer in the car as all the bags and stuff will have been deposited at snet

How many will be camping together in the North West group? The Yorkshire group are meeting up with the Midland group for the convoy. There will be quite a few of us in the Midland group camping together too. Was going to volunteer to do a chilli for the Saturday night, but it may end up a mammoth task and a rod for my own back if I have to cover North West, Yorkshire and Midlands groups.

Need names & proper numbers before I volunteer.

Thanks.

Can do a big tupperware tub of frozen chilli to feed about 24, cannot be arsed with doing rice too though. Just french bread and big chunks of butter to go with it.

That's sounds like a task and a half Warren.

If there's some going and i can make some form of contribution, then yes please, but I am aware that I am a gatecrashing Northuner, so I am equally happy to go the rat burger route

Seriously, anything I can donate or contribute let me know.

al

oops - just realised that by process of a few links, I have ended up in the North West forum. i wondered how so many of you were suddenly in the Midlands, DER!

This should do for 24 of us on the Saturday night. Paddy27 is getting french sticks and butter, nachos, sour cream, green chillis and cheese to go with it. Various folks are getting sausages, bacon etc, so we can pool stuff for Sunday breakfast. Jessica, are you bringing that five sided gazebo that we had last time? I am bringing a 6m X 4m Gazebo too, so we can link them together. I only have a small claor gas burner, it wont hold the chilli pot, Nonners, do you have that large flat burner we used last time? or maybe we can sit it on disposable BBQ's?
