I picked it up yesterday, just 2 days before my 27th birthday as a present to myself. It's in Chilli Red, which I'm told makes it the only one spec'd in that colour in the country. I could have been told fibs though.

It's a 2006 111R which has more comfy bits as standard and also the LED rear lights and a few other mods, such as the drive by wire throttle etc. Great car, just like the S2K I had before only lighter, sharper, and faster.

Think you have been!

It is a rare colour, but Nick Whale have one for sale (see classifieds) and also on in for service!

I'll settle for having the only one in Scotland then.

There's only one dealer in Scotland and this is the first he's got.

I've had the car a few days now and I'm starting to see massive increases in my corner entry speeds over the S2000. It keeps getting better. Getting in and out is still a bit of a pain though, and the S2000's roof really was a godsend.

Bada Bing, your website, www.ilovevtec.com , is a little but strange and worrying. In particular, the songs!!!!!!

Anyway, I love the car. I don't suppose you could take a photo of the luggage areas and post them up? I'm very curious about the available space and am yet to see a photo of such

No bother mate, I get a new camera in the post this afternoon so when it arrives, the first thing I'll take a picture of will be the luggage space for you.

By the way, you come from a cracking part of the world, and the little oyster restaurant in Loch Fyne is one of my favourites.

As for the site, most of it was written in my angry past, but I just leave it on for other people's amusement.

As promised a pic of my shopping this morning by the time I got back.

Boot size isn't bad but once the roof's in there it doesn't leave much space for anything else.

Great colour. Seen some in real life and the LED rear lights update it nicely.

I was thinking the same (that you need to get in there while yer young) after I bought it, because it's bloody hard to get in and out of even when young and fit.
