Urgent!!! ***Hit and run***
Discussion
I have an urgent request involving my friend who's car was involved in a hit and run....
A couple of hours ago my friend who was at a scrap yard came back to his Metallic Green 200SX S14a to find someone had smashed his front end in.
The offending vehicle and area.....
Silver, Landrover Discovery with a rear towbar fitted. Possible rear end damage as it was a good old shunt. It has also traded paint so it'll be sporting some metallic green scratches on it's rear.
This was in the carpark of the scrapyard on the edge of the A14 / A43 roundabout between Kettering and Northampton.
A witness claims he drove off towards Kettering.
Any help on this matter would be most gratefully received.
If you can help on this matter please send any info to:

I can also be found lurking around here:

I am based in Corby so if anyone has any leads......

Excellent, never thought about that one. Thankyou.
I know Miss G, sad state of affairs. Police do all about this but I wonder how quick they react when and if the guy is found promting my friend to take 'action'?

I remember hearing someone who had there house burgaled and the police wern't interested at all. They said "oh we will be with you as soon as we can" about 2 hours so he told the police not to rush as he'd just shot the burgular!! They were there in 5 mins.
Spearmint, hope your mate find the b@stard!!

Unlikely to have much damage unless it's a later model. Towbar and solid rear bumpers are rather strong on the earlier ones, although silver was a rare colour to start with.

Meant to say.....off thread but...whilst walking the dog, my wife stalked was shot by some nutter in military fatigues and a balaclava at about 4 this afternoon with a paint gun thing who then chased her home. Six hours later we're still waiting for Thames Valley's finest.....
Not a happy bunny.
