Hired LP640 - crashed by numpties

I know that there was a thread about this recently, but theres a new video which shows a bit more. I heard it was some type of gangsters that had hired the car, not entirely sure what to think but here is the video anyway:

You can hear it crash on the video. They are bloody idiots and really should be thrown in prison for that sort of driving. And then for not even moving the damned thing and blocking the road is just crazyness.

How can you tell it was third? The speed looks more like second to me. A rough estimate that 640 will do, 55 in first? So 80ish in second? Probably more actually. I doubt it could be third. But then again could be wrong. I really am not getting anywhere here...Polarbert said:
How can you tell it was third? From listening....first thing you hear is car changing gear, so that's 1st into second, then as he goes past camera he changes again - though sounds like on medium throttle by that point as it would have shot on further. (this is all conjecture, I stress!)
