Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can find out what o'levels I got and the grades I achieved?

I'm doing my C.V. for the first time in years and years and really can't remember...........

I'm not really hoping that there isn't a way to check and therefore I can use "artistic licence" to enhance my C.V. wink Honest!

Erm... How the hell do you expect them to hire you if you don't even know what you got at school?

You have a point! but in my defence it was 22 years ago and at the time I really didn't care; I know stupid I was a fickle young lady in my youth redface

If you are going to lie about qual's aim higher than O'levels.

I doubt that any potential employer is going to check your O'level results, stick a MA and a MBA in there and they might check though. wink

given how long ago O levels finished you may well be safe just jumping to A level and higher education results

What on earth are you doing that an employer wants evidence of your 22 year old qualifiations?

How about just putting 10 GCSE's, A*-C? Or something similar.

You're already overqualified then.

But I'd go with the suggestion above (the range of grades). i do the same and it has never been raised in the 12 years i've been, successfully, applying for jobs.

Still had mine on my CV until recently, I still have the papers, almost as old as the dead sea scrolls!.
There must be some time limit as to when qualifications become irrelavent. Still, if you cant check, neither can they, so add a few good ones!. But they may want some proof if they are too good..

Your Education issuing authority will release them to you. They did for me, and waived the fee also.

If your tempted to lie, then on your own head be it. Employers DO check, in the same way they check Bebo/Myspace etc. Mine did, and still do, and Its been a long time since I was at school.

Bejesus - are you a child of the sixties .. you know with all that wacky-baccy about?
Most jobs require A-C for Maths/English so you might as well put down a couple of C's if you're not sure!
