BMW M-Zero Concept

Artist creates vision of an M-car

This is the BMW M-Zero concept and the good/bad news (delete according to what you think of the car) is that it won’t ever make production.

It is a 'graphical conceptual design' created by photo artist Maël Oberkampf and fuses elements from the 6 Series, DB9 and a bit of Audi R8 for good measure.

The result looks part concept car and part dodgy look-alike, but all-in-all not a bad effort.

Is there a bit of Maserati in the roof section though?

It really is just a concept and, as far as we know, nothing to do with BMW so engine options will only exist in your imagination.

There’s not much else to say apart from what do you think?

This article is pointless. Would you like me to send you some drawings my 9 year old did?

Yes, the article is a litte pointless, but what's wrong with a bit of eye candy?

I don;t care who makes it, but by god I hope *somebody* does...

Mind you, by the time it reached production it wouldn't look like that anyway

I quite like it overall.

The back does seem a little ugly (and dare I say it, a little bland)

The Nazca was a better looking concept (infact one of the finest looking machines in all of time IMO)

shout Launch a road going version of this. It still looks good today.

This designer is good at drawing concepty cars from the side, but as soon as you rotate it the lack of vision for the front or back is clear.

ok...its shame they wont be making this...as personally i think this looks great.

The styling is very aggressive, and its about time bmw produced something a bit meaner looking. something that looks like what its capable of! The M3's just look too ordinary.

BMW...make this car dammit! biggrin
