Noisey fuel pump fix

i,ve been complaining that my carter fuel pumps seem to have got very noisey lately which would seem to have been pretty normal but after a fuel related brakedown last sunday and a issue today i decided to strip the filters out and have alook !!!................guess what ???? yep blocked solid fuel pressure to my header tank was very poor ,cleaned filters put it all back together and yes you guessed it the pumps are alot quieter so those with noisey pumps check you filters !!!

Don't feel bad. I had the same exact situation recently right after finishing my build. The fuel pump starts out really quiet and after some time, it gradually gets louder and louder. Cleaned the filter before the pump and it is quiet as can be. Something to be aware of I guess.
