XC90 Forward and Reverse Clunk Noise

I have a 2006 XC90 D5 Euro IV motor on 25k miles. Occassionally, I get a clunk when going from Drive to Reverse and vise-versa. It only seems to happen when I've been on a long drive and then say reverse into a parking space. She's still under warranty so I guess I should take her in, but it doesn't do it that often so I'll probably get fobbed off. Any ideas?
