Sorry for all these posts!

I have a 2mm gap between the top of the closed drivers window and the roof, which I reckon will invite a flood when it starts raining later today... is there an easy fix which doesn't require me taking the door apart?

Also, the seal around the fold-down bit of the roof is quite badly split/perished... would super-glue be the answer for this, or is there something better?

I'm going to Halfords now to frighten the spotty boys with my jet engine.

I had that too... found out that with a little time and effort putting the top on that it will fit like a glove.
I put the top on, then push the struts up... pull one of the struts down, lean a little on the top, tighten the strut up again, then the same on the other side.
I took it out the other day in a torrential downpour/storm, NO leaks whatsoever

There is a small screw about half way along the door hidden under the brush seal which adjusts the window height. Does not require taking the panel off the door and takes 2 mins to adjust (and about 15 to locate the screw!!)

Aha! That's the sort of info I need Alex! What is the brush seal though? Is the screw at the top or bottom, left or right of the doors?

Woohoo! Found the window lifter screw at lunchtime, and lifted the window a couple of mm's.
... I'm excited, that's all.

Thanks for the help guys.

Does the screw adjust the window up by screwing the screw down or up?

Anti-clockwise to raise the window - couple of turns did mine between 1mm and 2mm I reckon.
