What a great day out. Weather started off perfect (for the time of year) and just managed to get back home before it started to rain.
The maximum number of Griffs at any one time was 22, with a couple of rogue Chim's and a Cerb (who needed a wider space). Good turnout at such short notice. Did someone arrange for all the dark colours to be on the one side??
Wish I hadn't parked under the tree though as when we got in to leave the car, inside and out, was covered in sticky blobs which had to be cleaned off the leather and everything else on the inside. One to remember for next year.
Lets see if we can get 100 for next years event, assuming there will be one.

Ah - those two things were related - got worried on first quick read of your post!

So which one is yours/which tree were you parked under?

Funnily enough the Flip Flop White one.
The tree was on the bank directly above the car. Served me right for taking up 2 spaces.
Mr Morgan and the Burgundy?? K reg next to me will probably have suffered a similar fate.

...and are you sure it wasn't some of those kids (or their parents) that were drooling around with sticky fingers?

The white one looked GREAT! My girlfriend thought it looked slightly pearlescent - we both loved it!

On inspection you had a matching yellow and black fly - live - perched on your bonnet. I assume that was more staged than the faggot playing Russian Roulette on telly I keep hearing about?

Who owns the Metallic blue Griff with the twin light conversion and loud exhaust ?? Wanted to ask you exactly what you had done to achieve that sound.

Yes I did suffer the same! Didn't notice until after I'd put it in the garage (it was just starting to rain when I got back so didn't leave it out) - noticed when I went to put the lid on - never thought to check inside - I'll do it when I get home.

Good day though, wasn't it? Beloved said (upon my return) "I suppose you've taken more pictures!!" (Just a few!!! - for volume 2 - or is it 3!!)

First of all - great day out - thanks BB for arranging. Definately has to be an annual thing!

Just seen your pics BB - first one worried me - I was parked between the white Griff (flipflopgriff) and your yellow beastie, in my Formula Red one, but the pic shows a very dark colour!!

I didn't know the pidgeons had done that much cr*pping over my body!!

It is pearlescent but the handbook states FlipFlop White.
I would like to know whether it was a press car or the pace car at Brands at the 50th TVR anniversary in 1997.
Anyone know of any others the same colour??

There was a white/yellow flip Griff 500 with green interior for sale up here not long ago, so you're not alone!
