Anyone ever seen a minimum speed limit sign?

IIRC, the Mersey Tunnel has a minimum speed limit of 10mph - Streaky

They are rare, I think I've seen one in the mersey tunnel, as listed above.

I haven't noticed them abroad though...........although I don't understand most signs abroad, the buggars use wierd groups of letters !

I seem to remember from my bike instructor days that the minimum speed limit on the motorway was 30 mph according to the Highway Code,but have yet ever to see a sign .........pretty scary thought though 30 mph in the middle lane unless i have just lighted the blue touch paper for MLH .

Used to have them in the Clyde Tunnel (8mph) but gone now I think.

I recall seeing one for 30mph on the A30 in deepest Cornwall around 15 years ago but that was the first, last and only time I've ever seen one.
