Did anyone notice the small advert in the "For Sale" section at the back of this week's AutoCar for the Twin-Turbo Griffith?

Presumably this is the one we've previously discussed on PH. Or is it another?

If my scanner was working I'd scan it for you. Unfortunately I've just upgraded the motherboard and the new one doesn't have any ISA slots.

So with further ado, the advert says:

Advert said:
Griffith 500 5.0 Twin Turbo
One off, 456bhp. Cosworth Pistons, water injection, MBE FI T5 gearbox, factory roll cage. Excellent cost effective entry to drag racing / sprints. 8,000 miles, full build histoy, MOT, street legal, extras.
£25,500

I think this one was at County TVR in Cheltenham at the weekend. Sold already. Apparently it lifts a little if you go over 160!!

I think you may be right about it being at County TVR. The advert does list a website - www.tvrcounty.com!!

I am told that it was not much fun in the dry, let alone in the wet. Look how quickly it keeps changing hands, that should tell you something.
