I've been following 355 prices closely for well over a year now. Having got rid of my 996 a couple of months ago, I reckon sometime over the winter may be the right time to make the plunge. I know you always get a winter seasonal dip in prices, but just in the past couple of weeks, that dip seems to have accelerated, more so than I would have expected. Not so long ago, prices across the board were around 40K, with maybe the odd iffy ones at mid 30's. Now those prices seems to have dropped by at least 5K, or am I just imagining it? They are even popping up at 28-29K occasionally, though I would suspect those may be a bit dodgy. Of course a PPI would confirm......
Anyone else noticed this?

Yes this is old news. 355s are mid 30s and 360s are mid 30s to 40s for over a year now. Nothing new there.

It depend on the individual car really good ones still seem to be fetching decent money, it all depends on how much you spend initially versus how much you spend getting the car to "your" standard.
What ever "your" standard is everybody seems to have a very different version of perfect

As with all cars when you are casually looking keeping an eye on things there always seem plenty about at the right price. However once your ready to commit your hard earned everything starts to seem not so cheap and the car that you thought looked cheap all of a sudden doesn't seem quite a bargain. That's what I always find and exactly what I found when looking for a 360 recently!.

Steve Totally agree. Once you get to the point where you are are looking for THE car you will your spend money on rather than generally looking at all cars that are available then the goalposts can move a bit. The details about service history, recent services, ownership history, milage, colours, spec, options, etc can all become a wee bit more significant. Certainly found that when looking for my 360 Spider recently and the F355 before it.

Steve Totally agree.... Me too. If you're even remotely fussy about spec and condition, "general" market prices are irrelevant as the car you want may well not "conform". Unless you have a "motivated seller", you'll be paying what they want
