Yes, I know I could phone around but its 7.35 am in the morning and no one will be at work yet, so............... if I wanted to completely re-trim the interior of a Cerbera how much would it cost? Carpets, seats, all leather etc. Anyone done it?
Thanks S

Been quoted £2800 to do all the interior of my Tamora with good quality leather. Not done it yet, but will do it early next year.

I paid about 3k for mine at D&C in Blackpool on a Chimaera, by the way Chris told me he used to hate doing the cerbs as the dash was so curvy with loads of cubby hole bits.

300 hours of work to do the interior..... So if they are still happy to work for £10 per hr and they can do it without VAT and with minimal materials then yuo could squeeze in an interior refurn for under £4K.

Thanks all - quite a alot then! We are looking for a S6 Cerb but our budget will mean it has to be an early one that has not blown up yet. There's one in the classifieds but I could not live with the interior colour!

I will try very hard to be patient - the right one is out there somewhere.

I looked at the blue S6 in Mansfield, now reduced by £1k, looked and sounded good, spotless inside and out. Although there was a book full of stamps, there were no invoices for any other work done plus the dealer was rather vague in respect of the car's history / previous owners. I decided against it in the end because of the above reasons plus i really wanted 4.5. The union jack sticker had been removed from the front o/s, it wasn't hiding anything nasty as far as i could tell.

Ah thanks! If I can persuade my other half to come with me it might be worth a look. S
