...that having just been out on the first decent day of the year I'd forgotten just how awesome and intoxicating the S6 is at full chat. An RV8 is a great sound but a S6 on song is bloody fantastic! I swear that engine sings....

Enough rambling anyway!

SSSSssssshhhhh,

The old V8 brigade will be along soon to spoil your enjoyment. They can't stand to hear anything positive about the SP6.

I wish I could - unfortunately I was dropping her off at Sebring for some uprated shocks.

And the V8 boys have no idea what they're missing!!

Couldnt agree more Tony just had a couple of hours of fun in the Sag, out to Diss to see Biggriff and listen to the new exhaust on his Sag. Came back through the forest roads around Thetford nicely warmed up and an absolute hoot just need to get the exhaust modded like Richards now as it sounds great, much deeper note than standard without being stupidly loud.
Its days like today when you do 150 miles on a journey you could do in 75.

I love the sound of a good V8 as much as the next man, but only a few days ago I took the T350 out and had my first opportunity since Autumn to floor the loud pedal on the slip road to the M5 and all I could do was laugh like a loon!

The S6 is an awesome piece of engineering when it all comes together.

As said before,

The Rover V8 sounds like a muscle car, the Speed six sounds like a Super car

Just got back from giving an Italian friend a spin... I think he thought it quite good - stupendo, magnifico and then silence until 4th gear went home hehe!!!
Such a pleasure to see the same grin on someone else that I had.

Tony looking at his profile I would hazard a wild guess at a Tamora

Tony I am sure when he is forced to stop enjoying the new Tam by work or something similarly boring he will post up some pics and change his profile but in the meantime I for one will let him off and leave him to enjoy his new toy.

Yep, superb engine! Took my car out yesterday for it's first proper blast of the season in the good weather. It never seases to amaze me just how bloody fast it is. Plenty of full bore blasts up to 7600 rpm, followed by awesome double barrel shot-gun blasts from the exhausts on the upshift. Lovely!!
