Clutch release arm modification

Does anyone have any photos's of the modification you can do to beef up the clutch release arm? It involves welding a plate or bar on to the arm.

I'm fitting a new clutch shortly, so I thought it would be a good idea to do this at the same time.

half way down mate you should see the arm with revised plate.

I did my own .. easy it you have a welder and thick mild steel.
