As the old thread is getting long and confusing.

This is the current plan.....................

The first PH Thames Valley Meet is taking place on Sunday 25th April.

Lunch will be at the Crooked Billet pub at around 1 o'clock. There is a pre lunch meet up at the Esso garage at Bicester at 12 for a drive round some nice country side.

Any idea about how many of us will be going? I'll be there of course.

Where's that then

Sounds like a good plan. I'm moving to Oxford for a new job this weekend (from Scotland), should be reasonably sorted out by then.

Trust you to cause trouble! lol

If you go through Aylesbury on your way to Bicester, you go past Waddesdon and you'll eventually come across the pub on the right hand side. Its one continuous road from Aylesbury to Bicester.

The pub isn't far from the signs for Brill.

You could always stop in Wendover at mine on the way through from London and follow me or give me a lift

***A Word Of Warning***

Anyone coming from the direction of London who will be using the Wendover Bypass should watch out for the old bill.

Its a lovely flat fairly straight peice of road, but there has been a couple of accidents on it from people who can't overtake properly, hence the old bill target it every once in a while.

My Friends Dad's friend got caught at 116mph down there and was banned for 6 months.

The limit is only 60mph

So, whos up for meeting Neilsie and I at the Crooked Billet at 11am for a leisurely drive up to the Service Station in Bicester? Would be suitable for anyone coming up from south of Bicester.

I'm up for that, by leisurely drive I assume you mean we'll go the (very) long way to the Service Station
