Rolex price increase due early October?
Discussion
I have an ad in the classifieds offering 10% off any new Rolex purchase.
I've got an insurance card and would prefer to get cash out of it. No takers as yet - I'll be happy to take 15% off list now for any watch purchase between £3,000 - £10,000
So if you're about to buy a new Rolex - give me a call!!!
Cheers

I just can't get over how many price rises Rolex have gone through over the last couple of years.
Looking at what I paid 3yrs ago, some watches are almost 50% more and I know I paid 25%+ more than a couple of years before...
So, could then have doubled in the last 5 years or so? Mental!

I just can't get over how much people will happily pay for a Rolex and neither can Rolex.
EFA.Supply... and demand... I wish I had Rolex's brand strength that meant that if I spread a rumour I was about to raise prices, my sales would increase before a specific date. Awesome.

PS I'm selling my P reg Golf for £11000. Current RRP is £14800 so save yourself £3800 on the price of a new one. Lots of patina and serviced regularly.

Presume you had a deposit it on it though?
Next you'll tell me you got it with clubcard vouchers!
No. Rang up asking for a ceramic GMT, they said they had one but it was promised to another. The bloke then said "tell you what, I've got a ceramix sub in the safe. How about that?"Next you'll tell me you got it with clubcard vouchers!

Why? I saw a ceramic sub in the window of an AD the other day, they aren't exactly gold dust.
That must be rare though surely? I have spoken to 3 AD's and they all say they have between 8-10 people on their lists and eta 18-24 months wait. I've been talking to dealers in Sussex and Leeds.elise73 said:
