Chaps,
Really wanting to rest my Breitling B2 up and purchase either one or both of the above.
Silvermans seem out of stock of the divers and not sure if they are the real thing (issued). Other than fleabay, can anyone point me anywhere else.
I am being drawn to these and I think I may end up with a few of varrying ages.
Ta for the assistance in advance

Silvermans had stock of the SBS Diver only a couple of weeks ago. They don't sell issued watches, but they are they same models as those that do get issued.
As for alternative sources, the established watch fora are your best bet, or as you've said - eBay

Wot 'e sed. They're civilian issue but equivalent to what our troops get.
Beware of lookalikes. There are some ultra cheap copies from other brands that look like them but go for £30-50 on ebay. Of course, you are getting what you paid for so it's not a scam as such but the ads might say "SBS watch" when it's just in the style of the SBS-issued one.

Another place you can try is Anchor Supplies or if you know someone in the forces you can always ask if they'll go diffy one for you. As your looking at Silvermans I take it you want a CWC rather than the Precista or Pulsar. Out of intrest, what G10 are you looking for? W10 / 0552 / 0555 / 6B As said previously, beware of look alikes and avoid MWCs as they were never issued. Also as your planning on wearing the watch I'd steer clear of the latest issued Pulsars as they're pap in comparison to the CWCs.

Many thanks The numbers refer to the service the watch was issued to: Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army, RAF...

Thanks Chaps for all the info.
CWC RN Divers is my choice, just need to try and find an issued one. Popped into the local A&N Store and the owner confirmed that he is close to laying his hands on both a shiny Diver and black SBS.....fingers crossed.
If anyone see's one, please let me know.
Cheers once again
