Call Barring on Iphone 4

Does anyone know if their is a way of setting up an the iphone 4 to bar calls, particularly from unknown numbers?

Perhaps an app or something

you will need to jailbreak it first then find an app called iBlacklist in Cydia. From there you can make lists to filter calls and sms messages
