Seen a few higher priced 993 turbos in the last few months, and now this one at 70k. Are they going North? or has there just been a few lower mileage examples creeping out the woodwork lately?
fwiw i think they are a fabulous looking 911 and probably the nicest turbo visually.

If I had infinite funds and a massive garage I would have one in a collection in an instant
me too, along with a few other classic Porsche's mind. I admit to not knowing f-all about 'classic' cars and their worth, but the 993t certainly seems to be getting some attention.... which maybe it always had, but i seem to be noticing it more so lately with the prices Sneaky Schnell said:
Go on Phooey. Chop in the 'T3 and buy a '3T...
hehe. Not sure about that yet. Needs proper consideration, but the thought of a really mint 3T in the garage one day..... I'm not sure i would get hacked off with the increased maintenance of an older car though, and would hate the thought of scrimping on the upkeep these cars need. Can't remember the saying, but it's something like 'you should never meet your heroes'?
I've recently bought a 993tt for my daily driver (selling my 993 C4). I'm not expecting it to appreciate in value and indeed will probably suffer depreciation as the miles go on. However, I bought it to drive, not sit in a garage just to be looked at and rolled out on sunny Sundays. If you buy a new BMW you'll be losing £7k+ a year for the first 3 years. I not planning on selling this one, but I would expect to recover more than £20 in 3 years time.

All the Air Cooled 993 and 964's are slowly increasing in price so many are being bought for the Asian market
Prices of very good cars are still moving up .
I just put the prices down to basic supply and demand and would have thought more become Cat D`s or C`s each year than go over to asia.Prices of very good cars are still moving up .

Makes this one look good value by comparison - a little bit too much red for me though (black dash would have been nice?).
Still big money?

Did the last 993tt come with the turbo S style/areo style body mods as standard or was this an extra?
I asked a similar question a while ago. I think the answer was it is the optional Aerokit?Dont forget they only made about 300 RHD 993 turbos so they are a rare model!
Mind you there are 7 for sale on Ebay and 25 on sale in here!
