Can someone point me in the direction of a wiring diagram so I can use the redundant switch on the dash to bypass the ecu's controller.

Thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob if you unplug theboost control switch the boost goes to actuator boost pressure normally .5 bar , put fitting a switch into one of the 2 wires supplying the boost control switch you fool the ecu into thinking the unit has been disconnected hence 0.5 barboost . Tux

Thanks mate, where is the boost control switch located so I can tap into it?
Also I've heard the dash switch operates a relay somewhere, is that true? I've got no battery in mine at the mo so can't check anything.

I think its the one on the air intake manifold, next to the map sensor, there should be a vaccuum pipe coming off of the underside which then T's off to the front and rear turbos.

Thanks guys.

As the ECU is expecting to see it, can you switch it on and off on the fly? Or does the ECU need to be off (i.e. ignition off) when you switch?

Funkys is wired to both the redundant switch on the dash and the horn button in parallel, so boost is switchable on or off on a latching switch or momentarily on the steering wheel switch, the horn is obviously wired to an alternative switch
