Locost/MK Indy rear hubs.

Help needed please...

I am building a locost kit car which has rear mounts for MK Indy rear wishbones.

I am using disc brakes, IRS with external springs. I have the hub carriers (pictured left below) and thought i needed the caliper mounts from a ford sierra (pictured below right). But they do not seem to match! Does anybody know what part I need for the caliper/disc mounts for MK Indy hub carriers?

Imagine a flat plate with 4 holes corresponding to the hole on the r/h side of the seirra hub carrier in your photo ,make up 2 in 1/4"plate you will have to jigle spacers to get the caliper in correct place i.e aligned withthe disc but thats the way to do it using h/d fixings of course HTH

hi,

only problem is the holes of the caliper mount do not line up with the holes on the hub carrier. you can line the top 2 or bottom 2 up but not all 4.

does anybody know if these carriers vary from ages/models of sierra?
