This week's video footage of the next BMW M5 has got us reminiscing about M5s of old.
The fact that the new car ditches the current E60 model's V10 in favour of a twin-turbo V8 might be a bit of a shame, but then a V8 M5 is not necessarily a bad thing. Remember the E39? We do, and fondly, particularly its 400bhp 4.9-litre V8.
So to celebrate that fact, we thought a bit of M5 wallpaper action was in order. Here's to future M5s being as memorable as those of the past. Lovely...
