So you’ve got the priceless, one-off concept car and you’re on your way to the LA Auto Show – what could possibly go wrong?
Well, according to reports when it came to the Kia Kee quite a lot really.
It is said the brightly-coloured coupe has been seriously damaged after it broke free of its cargo restraints inside a car transporter.
It ended up with a badly smashed front end and had to be sent back to Italy.
This means it will miss next week’s show, which would have been its North American debut.
Kia spokesman Alex Fedorak said: 'We had to send the car back to Italy to get repaired and there is no way it's going to make it back to the States in time for the LA show.'
