The BMW 135i is already snapping at the heels of the M3 for performance, but AC Schnitzer has now given it even more power to take on its bigger brother.
The company has wasted no time in releasing the ACS1 Coupe, its version of the 1-Series Coupe that has itself only just been launched.
AC Schnitzer is happy to work on all versions of the 1-Series, including the diesels, but we are most interested in the 135i which has been given 360 bhp instead of the standard 306 bhp.
This means the car is now good for over 185 mph and will hit 62 mph in less than five seconds.
The car has been developed on the Nurburgring, and the company has added a strut brace for the front to stiffen the body.
The front spoiler and rear skirt insert increase downforce and the car has been fitted with 19” alloys.
