Last week we brought you news that Kitt in the new Knight Rider movie was going to be a Mustang, and to put it mildly it didn’t go down too well with fans.
But for those of you who think that Knight Rider won’t be the same without the all black Trans Am of the original, all may not be lost.
Some pictures have surfaced that suggest the original KITT will make a cameo appearance in the film, as will David ‘The Hoff’ Hasselhoff.
It all sounds a bit vague but someone who just so happened to be visiting the set, just so happened to stumble upon this and this.
According to the report the crew were filming in the garage of a large house and it was set up as a lab where the old Kitt was being rebuilt after a crash.
He didn’t manage to get any snaps of a dusty Hoff stored underneath an old tarpaulin but we have it on good word he will be making an appearance as well.
