Long time PHer Steve Evans contacted us this morning to tell us about a charity bike ride he is planning later this month.
Frankly 50 miles is far enough for anyone to cycle but Steve was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last November.
Despite being a bit wobbly on his legs Steve reckons he can cover 50 miles by sticking mainly to towpaths.
But it’s not just two wheels that Steve is a fan of – he has owned a number of TVRs in the past.
He got his first TVR, a V8S, back in 1996, selling it is 2000 to buy a Tuscan.
After being diagnosed with the disease last year he bought a Griffith 500.
He’s now looking for sponsors for his charity ride to raise money for the MND Association and help those who suffer from it.
