TartanHoon and MiniHoon not for you? Maybe you’re doing both but want more, more, more hoonage?
The Isle of Man is home to the TT races and again offers the chance to drive some stunning roads. You’ll get to drive the same tarmac as used for the TT and Southern 100 and this is a shorter trip for those with a bit less time. It runs from May 2 to May 5 2008 and is a great way to kick off a summer of motoring.
The rendezvous is in the Peak District and the next day we aim for Heysham were the ferry leaves.
Landing in Douglas three hours later, there will be a chance to do a lap of the TT circuit, before heading to our hotel on set in 200 acres of beautiful Manx countryside.
The next day there will be time to properly explore the 37 mile circuit and the route also encompasses the much smaller Billown Circuit which is 4.25 miles long.
