This August sees the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power which brings together some of the best cars in the country.
The organisers are however looking for some particularly exotic machinery to take part and hope that PHers may be able to help.
What they are after are Pagani Zondas, Bugatti Veyrons, certain Lamborghinis and top-end Ferraris such as the Enzo.
Also if anyone has a particularly important historic road or race car then they would be keen to hear from you.
The event is only looking for a maximum of six cars and they will offer hospitality all weekend for you and a partner.
There is a 1.2 mile tight speed event circuit and owners of the six (maximum) cars selected on show will be made part of this new event which will become a real feature in the supercar calendar.
They will do four runs on the Saturday and four on Sunday.
The purpose of this event is to serve as a regularity trial the winner in each class and overall will be the person whose average of the four runs on their Sunday is closest their chosen time from the Saturday.
A competition license will not be required and the overall winner will be presented with the Cholmondeley Coupe d’Honneur.
Further prizes will be awarded for best presented car over the weekend, the people’s car as chosen by the visitors, the fastest time of the day (FTD) and others yet to be confirmed.
The event takes place over the weekend of August 8th to 10th and includes cars, motorcycles, power and historic boats and helicopters.
The theme is ‘Power Through The Decades’ and covers cars from the beginning of last century, through the war years, and all the way up to the present day.
