A limited edition road-going version of the cars used on Caterham Driving Experience days has been unveiled.
The Seven CDX – which stands for Caterham Driving Days – gets over £2,000 worth of performance extras and designed to be an ultra-focused road and track day car.
The extras include a tuned 1.6-litre K-Series engine, a limited-slip differential and track day roll-over bar.
The cars are finished in gloss black with a decal kit similar to that of the real CDX cars.
The limited run cars of just 20 cars also get a push button engine start, Momo leather steering wheel, full weather equipment and sticky Avon tyres fitted to 13” Superlight alloy wheels.
Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The latest Seven is available in component form from just £17,495, or factory built for £20,495.
