Boots the Chemist has launched Britain's first drive-thru chemists.
And it's housed in a former McDonald's in Colchester, Essex.
If the pilot is successful we could see more of them springing up around the country.
The move follows a recent trend to give motorists more drive-thru choices - Starbucks is trialling the concept of Britain's first drive-thru coffee shop in Wales.
The Boots branch, which opened yesterday, uses the familiar burger restaurant format, with the customer driving up to one window, placing their order, then moving forward to a collection point.
Boots believes that it will be a hit with motorists going to or from work who need to pick up some medication or parents who want to avoid having to take their children out of the car.
