Low-volume manufacturer KTM has launched a limited edition of the X-BOW in a bid to boost sales. In honour of the car’s appearance at the Race of Champions, KTM has revealed the ‘ROC’.
The ROC will be limited to just 30 units and enjoyed its debut at the Geneva show this week. It features an all-carbon body, a louder sports exhaust which ‘attracts special attention with its deep sound’, specially painted light-weight alloy wheels with a central wheel nut, adjustable sports suspension, and a removable multi-function steering wheel.
The 2.0-litre Audi-sourced engine remains the same. At the show the Austrian motorbike manufacturer revised its sales figures to 600 units for 2009 from 1,000.
The company also showed off the range-topping X-BOW Superlight which comes complete with limited-slip differential, lightweight lacquered alloys with a single central wheel nut and all-important lap timer.
The Superlight will cost 79,980 euros while the ROC will set you back 69,980 euros.
