For those who feel that the seemingly endless list of accessories and styling packs for the new Mini JCW Convertible are just too common, German BMW and Mini tuner AC Schnitzer has come up with a range of tuning and styling accessories for the latest Mini Convertible.
Just as with the already-released hatchback version, a power upgrade takes the output of the standard Cooper S from 173bhp to 226bhp - comfortably eclipsing the 208bhp JCW version.
Giving the little Mini soft-top a fighting chance of handling the extra power is a front-axle strut brace, adjustable suspension and a slippy diff.
A chrome-tipped sports exhaust, natty eight-spoke 18-inch alloys and new front and rear bumpers make up the exterior styling tweaks. If you really want to go all-out, you can also specify pedals and a gear knob finished in aluminium.
The result is definitely distinctive. As to whether the adjective 'tasteful' could be applied to Schnitzer's creation, we'll leave that one up to you...
Styling tweaks are also available on the hatch
