Time for a final reminder that this weekend we hold the last PistonHeads Sunday Service of 2009 at Mercedes-Benz World. It will make a great alternative to the boring chore of Christmas shopping, and the weather even looks like it will be good.
Not only will we have the usual display of PHer metal to peruse, but there will also be a host of Mercedes' finest on hand for your viewing pleasure, including a rare appearance of the SLR McLaren Stirling Moss.
As if this wasn't enough, you'll be able to purchase passenger rides in the AMG PistonHeads Taxi, which just happens to have a 6.2-litre V8 under the bonnet, and watch a few PHers take part in the PH Powerslide Challenge.
A few weeks ago we asked you to e-mail us to be in with a chance of participating in the PH Powerslide Challenge. The response was fantastic and the poor chaps who have been chosen for public humiliation are:

All the winners will be leaving their daily drivers in the car park, and hopping into C63 AMGs, so everyone is competing in the same, unfamiliar car. It should be fun to watch if nothing else, as some very bold comments have been made by some of the winners!
Gates open at 09.00 on Sunday and we hope to start the Powerslide Challenge at approx 10.00. The PistonHeads element of the day will close at 13.00, but Mercedes-Benz World will remain open for the rest of the day.
The PH Team will be wearing coats with our names on the back, so keep an eye out for us and please ask if there is anything you need.
