As if its FX SUV wasn't rare enough (when did you last see one on the road here in the UK?), Infiniti has revealed an even-more-exclusive version of its 385bhp, 5.0-litre V8-powered FX.
The new FX Limited Edition will be restricted to just 100 units, 18 of which will make it to the UK.
Touches unique to the curvy SUV/crossover include 21-inch 'Turbine' alloys in a dark graphite finish, with matching radiator grille, side air vents and roof rails, and either Black Obsidian or Moonlight White pearl metallic paint.
Inside there is Graphite leather covering the seats, upper door panels and dashboard, and an Alcantara headlining. There are also lashings of carbon fibre on the dashboard, centre console and door panels replacing the standard car's 'cello flame maple wood veneer.
Infiniti is clearly hoping that its customers are prepared to put a fair old price on exclusivity. The FX Limited Edition will cost you £55,855 for the 316bhp, V6-engined version (£10,355 more than the standard car), while the full-house 385bhp 5.0-litre V8 version comes in at £62,035 (a slightly less painful £7,085 hike over than the standard car).
