This is one to file under 'they should have made a long time ago'. It is a Chrysler 300C with none other than a Viper - sorry,
- V10 dropped into the engine bay. Even though the video has all the hallmarks of a distinctly amateur project it hails from official Dodge blog site Red Letter Dodge - which presumably means it's an official, or at least officially backed, project.
Normally, when we bring you news of a saloon car with an absurdly chunky engine it's done by a third party tuner, but given this video's official source the V10 300C might just be a factory project.
Will it be headed for a Chrysler/Dodge showroom near you? We doubt it, but we're pretty certain that there's something more interesting to come from Dodge - if only a more exciting video (which wouldn't be difficult)...
