Those of a certain age (and fans of using motorbikes to jump over improbable things) will know Eddie Kidd best as a stunt rider extraordinaire, but the 51-year-old is only now tackling what must be his toughest challenge ever.
An accident in 1996 left him severely disabled and wheelchair-bound, but this hasn't deterred Eddie from tackling the 26.2-mile marathon that is, well, the London Marathon. Without a wheelchair.
It's a pretty amazing feat, and Eddie has already raised the £50k for Children With Cancer UK he hoped to achieve, a milestone he passed on Monday.
He has now set his sights on £100k, and he's due to finish on June 6th - so there's plenty of time to support him (which you can do by visiting this web page). Good luck Eddie. PH is behind you all the way!
