Dan enjoys his commute to PH towers
Remember that first week at school? The immaculate new exercise book. The perfectly ordered pencil case. Well, as I start my first week in the hot seat on the best car website in the business it's like that but more so.
Now that I've been given the keys to the content management system I thought I'd better say hi and introduce myself properly, though I'm not a complete stranger to PistonHeads having contributed various stories over the last year or so. Not all of them about my PH Fleet Eunos either.
The honour of editing PistonHeads is not one I take lightly either, though it helps that, as someone said when they heard I'd got the job "well, you are the demographic aren't you." Hopefully I am and hopefully that'll help and I very much look forward to getting better acquainted with the PH world, online and at Sunday Services.
Take two Mazdas into the shower?
So what can you expect to see? Well, more of the good stuff, I hope. And a renewed focus on the things that make PHers tick, not to mention some shiny (and very exciting) new stuff that's been in the pipeline long before I arrived but I can shamelessly take the credit for when it appears. The door is open though so if there's anything you want to see more or less of you know where to find me.
There's no time to lose though. Riggers has shown me where I can get my tea, Garlick has cleared a desk for me and nobody has yet shown any inclination to flush my head in the toilet. Though there's time yet.
