PistonHeads is delighted to offer yet another amazing 2013 Le Mans prize with the generous support of Nissan.
Thanks to Nissan we will take eight PHers (four winners all bringing a mate) up in a helicopter for an aerial view of the circuit while the racing takes place on Sunday morning (23/06). Going up in a team helicopter is exciting enough, getting a superb view of the cars racing around the circuit as they take part in the most legendary endurance race is something else entirely. A prize not to be scoffed at.
Guests will need to report to the Nissan Fanzone at 9.20am on Sunday morning (keep a clear head, no sick bags please) where some of the PH team will be waiting to meet you. No travel or accommodation is included so this prize is only suitable for PHers who already have plans to be in Le Mans for the race next weekend.
Winners will be chosen at random once the competition has closed on Monday night and we'll call the lucky four to arrange meeting points and exchange phone numbers. All you need to do after that is turn up, thank Nissan and pile into a golf buggy that will take us all to the airfield.
To enter the competition all you need to do is enter your details here and wait for us to call you on Tuesday. Simple.
Regardless of whether you win this prize there is an awful lot going on over at the Nissan Fanzone and they have extended an open invitation to all PHers to join them throughout the weekend. Here are a few more details on what to expect should you pay them a visit.
PHers at Le Mans will have the chance to fully immerse themselves in the NISMO experience. As well as a chance to see the drivers of the #42 Greaves Motorsport and #26 G-Drive Racing cars the fans can enter competitions for numerous giveaways throughout the event.
A unique feature of the NISMO FanZone is the NISMO Lab. This is a copy of the training lab used by the NISMO Athletes where fans can discover how fit they are and, if they are one of the lucky ones, they can try their hand in the driver training simulator too. The NISMO Athletes currently racing in the FIA GT and Blancpain Endurance Series will be on hand to demonstrate all of the functions of the lab which also has machines to measure fitness, reaction times and even brain waves!
The NISMO FanZone will open in the new karting area at Le Mans from Thursday afternoon onwards. Follow @Nissan_OnTrack on Twitter for updates and use the hashtag #nismo.
