Since our last story on the
turbocharged Zenos
, we've had the all important drive of the
standard E10
in prototype form. It was a damn good first show in fact, heightening anticipation further for the 250hp E10 S.
Screen broadens operating window
Today Zenos has used the Autosport show once more to launch its latest product. A quick recap of the essential stats for the S as they've changed slightly since September: 250hp and 295lb ft, sub four seconds to 60, 135mph all out and £29,995. For another £4K a Track Pack brings a six-speed gearbox, limited-slip diff, composite seats with four-point harnesses, quick release wheel and adjustable platform dampers.
You may have noticed too this is the first Zenos with a windscreen. It's heated and everything, giving the Zenos a little more in terms of everyday usability. Furthermore, the 'Soarin' Blue' colour seen here is new, on display with six additional premium colours that can be optioned on an E10.
Production of the E10 and E10 S has now begun with the first customer cars arriving soon. And what next for Zenos? Project E11 is a two-door, two-seat roadster due next year and E12 is a two-door GT coupe coming in 2018. Exciting times ahead in Wymondham!
