Now Lamborghini was never going to mark a century since the birth of its founder with a modest celebration. And it hasn't disappointed, if this patent image of the 'Centenario LP770-4' is anything to go by.

There aren't yet any official details on the car, though a few details can already be surmised. That name implies a link back to the Aventador, as does the silhouette seen in the image. Of course it would be nice for Lamborghini to develop a new model for 100 years since Ferrucio's birth, but that seems unlikely. Instead expect a more outlandish (yes, it would appear such a thing is possible)

Though the car hasn't yet been confirmed, it would be amazing to discover any of these Centenario models still for sale once the covers are off. Well, at least until the Roadster is announced. Either would surely sit rather well in a garage alongside a Huayra BC... Expect more details on the Centenario LP770-4 from another Geneva show packed with supercars!
