This Audi Quattro S1 recreation is no stranger to internet attention but we'll happily add some fuel to that based on little more than the way it goes. And the way it sounds. You can argue the toss about originality but when you
see the car
that Bulgarian motorsport prep shop
Prospeed
started with it's hard to feel anything other than full respect. It's certainly a fabulous demonstration of their ingenuity and skills - just check out some of the parts fabricated in their in-house CNC machining shop. Seemingly they'll happily build you one of your own too, going by the customer projects page on their site. There's a thought...
Purists may get a little sniffy about homebrew recreations of legendary cars like the S1 but, frankly, if lack of factory provenance means the owners are more willing to get out and use them like this you won't hear us complaining.
