Car interiors are pretty simple. Seats, dashboard, headlining, door cards, steering wheel and centre console. Manufacturers offer a few options to personalise that interior but opportunities to show off your design flair is limited. This is where bespoke departments come into play. Here, the inner child is set free to mix garish colours and fabrics to build the ultimate bespoke interior. Think back to the Russian armoured vehicle - the Dartz Probrom that was offered to customers with whale penis leather seats and diamond encrusted white gold gauges.
According to Bloomberg, 99 per cent of Middle Eastern Rolls Royce orders go through its bespoke program meaning there is plenty of opportunity to get it wrong.
