See someone driving an old Mercedes, Saab or Volvo in need of a little love and you will know that person is of a certain class. The Volkswagen Golf previously considered to be classless now has a certain chav appeal, at least according to OP 'tomic'. It used to be a lot easier to judge a person's class based on the car they drive he reckons, but, now it is becoming ever more difficult.
