But given the reputation of the SLS GT3, the mere announcement of a successor is worthy of a story. The SLS has been an incredibly successful GT3 racer since 2010, winning
across the globe
and captivating spectators with its fabulous V8 rumble. From what can be seen here it looks more of the same: ruddy great rear wing, big intakes and (hopefully) a side exit exhaust. Looks great.
AMG plans to further expand its customer racing programme with the GT3 and of course it ties in well with the road car's introduction. Which leads us to the prospect of an AMG GT Black Series...
